Do loads and loads of questions, especially the ones on the official UCAT website. I would say to memorise the answer to these (UCAT website ones).

Make sure you know why any incorrect answers are wrong, especially those that are fully incorrect as opposed to partially incorrect.

Approach them to first decide:

• appropriate vs inappropriate side

• then check for any mitigating factors that would make things more or less appropriate

When you see a question, make sure to first identify:

1. What's the main issue - e.g. professionalism/confidentiality/patient safety

2. What is your role (e.g. consultant/medical student/bystander etc)

Go as slowly as possible for SJT (within reason!). It's nothing like the prior 4 sections and so it's best to take your time and carefully consider each answer.
